Mas e se eu já fiquei sem cabelos?
Cuidado, esse é o ponto mais importante, existem tratamentos paliativos, mas infelizmente nem todos esses são eficazes. Cuidado ao colocar uma prótese capilar e não ficar com aparência de “playmobill”.
O mais eficiente seria realmente o transplante capilar, que consiste em retirar fios de uma área ainda não atingida pela calvície e transplanta-los para a área já atingida. É um procedimento demorado e requer do profissional muita destreza, sabedoria e especialização.
E poderá ser divido em:
Técnica Folicular: consiste em reproduzir na área calva o mesmo tipo de implantação e distribuição que existe na área doadora do indivíduo.
MegaMicrotransplante Folicular: Procedimento que utiliza as principais tecnologias do momento com objetivo de alcançar a maior quantidade e densidade dos cabelos numa mesma sessão.
Mega: mais de 2.000 enxertos.
Micro: por utilizar microscópios.
Dense Packing (Alta Densidade): Esta é uma técnica utilizada para conseguir maior densidade aos cabelos.
FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction): consiste em remover as unidades diretamente da área doadora do couro cabeludo, por meio de bisturis circulares de um a dois milímetros sem cortes lineares.
Técnica Coronal: Esta técnica é mais indicada para quem tem cabelos finos e muito lisos. Os enxertos são colocados num plano bem inclinado em relação à superfície do couro cabeludo (10 a 30 graus) variando para mais ou menos, dependendo da localização.
Cuidados com a escolha do profissional pra realizar o procedimento:
- Escolha um bom profissional, no caso das próteses, se você ficar com aparência de cabelo de boneca, as próteses são facilmente removíveis, já o cabelo implantado não.
- Saiba do trabalho do profissional, busque referência, segurança, a melhor indicação ainda e daquele amigo que já fez a cirurgia antes que você.
- Entenda o trabalho do profissional, se necessário, passe por mais de uma consulta, como esse trabalho e algo extremamente metódico, escolha um profissional dedicado e perfeccionista, acredite, isso será necessário em caso de cirurgia.
- Faca uma poupança. Por ser uma cirurgia cosmética, os valores são bem altos, chegando muitas vezes ao preço de um carro popular, dependendo da quantidade de fios, horas de cirurgia, o tipo de equipe, anestesista, etc.
Por fim, se ao ler esta matéria você ainda possui seus cabelos, procure um dermatologista e invista em prevenção, ainda é o melhor remédio.

Por isso que eu AMO o #MM, antes de mais nada e um serviço de utilidade publica, ha tempos pensava em escrever essa matéria, por acreditar que o site realmente abrange toda essa gama relacionada nao so a vaidade, mas o bem-estar masculino de uma forma ampla e geral.

Neste caso, a calvície merece atenção especial, pois afeta muitos de nos homens durante uma boa parte da vida, por isso optei por escreve-la.

Ótima matéria! Morro de medo de perder cabelo, como ainda tenho 18 anos ainda não apresento nenhum "sintoma", mas meu pai já sofre com isso D:

Eh… tbm fui premiado com a AAG (Alopécia Androgenética), que eh popularmente chamada de calvície. Felizmente iniciei o tratamento com o Dermatologista assim que percebi um aumento exagerado na queda dos fios. Meu cabelo chegou a ficar ralo no topo. Hoje… quase um ano após o início do tratamento recuperei praticamente todo o cabelo perdido. faço acompanhamento semestral com o Dermatologista. Não irei citar os componentes do tratamento para não induzir ninguem a automedicação. Só o que posso dizer eh q funciona mesmo… Basta ter disciplina e seguir as orientações do médico.

eu tenho calvície e estou tomando o finasterida , já usei os melhores produtos pra isso , mas infelizmente o tratamento de prevenção a este problema que afeta muitos homens é caro , muito caro mesmo. as vezes fica insustentável gastar 300 reais por mês com produtos pro cabelo…

hum….. pois é…. o procedimento para fazer parar de cair cabelo é muito caro….. depois que caiu.. pouco de pode fazer… Foi assim que comecei a aceitar minhas enormes entradas…. Adorei seu comentario Alex, sabe que existem estudos em que acreditam que nossos pelos estao todos em extincao, em que muito em breve seremos todos lisos e carecas (ok, mas nao se baseie por aquele treinador de alterofilismo da sua academia, ta? rsrs).

Mas acho importante em casos como os seus em que eram irreversiveis ate um certo momento que sejam adotadas medidas importantes para se adequar, inclusive ha um outro dado interessante, acreditam que a calvice nao ocorra de uma vez para dar tempo de o individuo se acostumar com a queda, mas creio que seja mais crendice popular do que um estudo medicinal, mas como ha muita sabedoria popular, faz sentido, nao?

Gente eu faço tratamento via oral com uso diário de FINASTERIDA e tem mostrado excelentes resultados, só que os mesmos só aparecem após o terceiro mês de uso.

eu usei um produto chamado HENê, ele fez com que meu cabelo permanecesse muito, mais muito liso mesmo, mas ele tinha um problema ele deixa meu cabelo muito preto minha pele é clara, então pense eu fiquei horrivel, pareio de usá-lo e agora meu cabelo está caindo muito, não sei mais o que fazer. e agora? vocês podem me ajudar?

Eu tenho 22 anos. E já inicie tratamento para a Alopécia. Realmente os resultados não são imediatos. Somente após 1 Ano. Mas resultados são visíveis.. tem que ter dedicação.
