Vai uma máscara ai?!
Sabemos da importância de uma preliminar bem feita (não pense besteira, sua mente suja… hahaha). Estou falando de um before do make, da preparação da pele, da aplicação do corretivo, base e afins. Porém, venho propor um before do before, uma preliminar da preliminar… ficou confuso meu jovem garoto? Leia as dicas aqui que você entenderá.
Você pode passar 1 kg de produtos no rosto, mas se sua pele não for saudável nada adiantará, então vim aqui ensinar alguns truques. Vamos falar de máscaras faciais. A primeira é a famosa máscara de argila branca. Você precisará de:
1.Argila branca, encontrada em qualquer farmácia de produtos naturais, de homeopatia.
2.Mel.
3.Água filtrada, de preferência gelada ou chá de camomila gelado. Se preferir pelo chá, aprenda a fazer o chá sem perder os princípios ativos: coloque a erva pura, desidratada ou em talos, folhas, em uma garrafa térmica limpa, esterilizada, esquente a água e assim que entrar em ebulição (começar a borbulhar), você desliga o fogo e coloque ainda fervendo a água dentro da garrafa, espere 1 hora para usar, isso se chama efusão.
Coloque a água ou o chá frio na argila, de modo que ela fique como papa, não aguada demais. Acrescente o mel e passe no rosto. Endurecerá e retire depois de 15 minutos com água morna, sabonete neutro e uma esponja macia em movimentos circulares. Perceberá que sua pele ficará mais fresca, limpa e clara. Faça isso quinzenalmente. Ajuda no efeito final da maquiagem, pois gradualmente sua pele clareará.
Outra máscara é a de café:
1.Pó de café.
2.Água ou mel.
Mesmo procedimento da anterior. Essa é uma máscara que ajudará na circulação sangüínea, pois o café ativa a circulação e já é usado no combate às olheiras e celulites. Deixe por 15 minutos e o truque na hora de retirar a máscara é fazer movimentos circulares, assim você já faz uma microesfoliação e elimina as células mortas.
A última máscara bafo do titio é a de aspira com mel, sim, aspirina. Se prestarem atenção, esse remediozinho tão usado como antiinflamatório e analgésico é rico em ácido acetilsalicílico, muito indicado no tratamento dermatológico.
1.Aspirinas, se já possuírem cafeína melhor ainda, lembre da máscara de café.
2.Mel e água para amolecer.
Com quatro comprimidos, você só irá hidratá-las, amolecê-las e então colocar o mel e passar no rosto todo e descansar por 15 minutos, como nas demais máscaras. Sua pele ficará acetinada. Lave com água.
Perceberam que eu uso muito o mel, por ser um excelente, natural e barato hidratante. Não só utilize em máscaras, consuma-o. É bactericida, anti-séptico, vasodilatador, diurético e digestivo e saboroso, que é o melhor de tudo! Outra dica é o azeite, que você pode substituir ou utilizar juntamente com o mel. Por quê? O azeite, digo o extra-virgem, é uma fonte rica em vitamina E, antioxidante, que retardam o processo de envelhecimento celular e possui alto poder hidratante e regenerativo da pele. Experimente passar azeite na boca, quando frio. Ou se você sofreu algum tipo de reação alérgica a algum produto para o rosto e ficou com a pele queimada ou ressecada. No frio, sempre sofro com o canto da boca ressecado. O que faço? Durmo com azeite no rosto! Claro que uma pessoa com a pele muito oleosa não pode e não precisará sempre passar azeite na face, mas esporadicamente eu recomendo. Sua pele ficará diferente.
Espero que tenham gostado das dicas e que aproveitem. Sempre lembrando que nada adianta uma maquiagem correta se a alimentação não é a adequada. Excesso de gordura, açúcares e gás, ou seja, pizza, doces e refrigerantes, fazem mal para a pele, aumentando o sebo natural, criando cravos. Procure variar em cor, cheiro, textura e gosto sua alimentação.

Precisa de dermatologista simmmmmmmmm, maquiagem dá um truque, relaça e até modifica se quiser, mas cuidar da pele é FUNDAMENTAL e não adianta usar make se a pele não está saudavel.
Eu mesmo vou no dermatologista 1 vez por mes, uso maquiagem, mas tenho problemas de pele como muitos homens.

Sempre faço essa máscara de café, misturo café, mel e leite…faço aquela papa e passo no rosto depois de lavar com um sabonete próprio para peles oleosas e acneicas….enfim, ADORO e faço uma vez na semana.Uma dica que eu acho incrível tb é após retirar a máscara, no lugar do tonico facial e dou umas borrifadas de água termal para fechar com chave de ouro e deixo secar ao natural.
