Hidratação Passo-a-Passo
Durante alguns meses, aqui no MM, recebi vários e-mails perguntando se eu conheço algum S.O.S para cabelos. Bem… como já tive cabelão anos atrás e hoje estou naquele momento em que decidi deixar o cabelo crescer novamente, acho que sei alguns truques sim…
Deixar o cabelo crescer requer cuidados, para que cresça saudável. E mantê-los bonitos, mesmo que já no tamanho perfeito para você, também exige isso.
Para que tudo corra bem e você não precise se perguntar: “o que eu fiz de errado?”, decidi fazer um passo-a-passo da hidratação dos fios e olhaaa… o produto que usei é o melhor do mundo.
Eu utilizei uma ampola de “Power Repair B” da L’Oreal. Ele dá para duas aplicações e é vendido em qualquer loja de cosméticos online que revenda L’Oreal.
Para que tudo seja mais prático e sem desperdício, utilize um frasco vazio e limpo, que tenha o sistema de spray/pump parecido com esse logo abaixo e coloque dentro dele todo o líquido da ampola “Power Repair B” da L’Oreal.
Lave os cabelos com um shampoo antiresíduos. Nesse caso utilizei o Hair Peeling, da marca OX.
Com os cabelos lavados com shampoo antiresíduos, as escamas do fio se abrem, assim o produto penetra muito melhor.
Separe uma mecha do cabelo e borrife duas vezes, uma no meio e outra na ponta.
Agora massageie com a palma da mão várias vezes. Um truque que utilizo muito é esfregar as mãos, esquentando-as e massageie a mecha .
Eu uso outro truque bem legal que é utilizar plástico PVC, simmm aquele da cozinha, e envolvo meu cabelo com ele. O plástico ajuda a abafar, deixando a hidratação ainda mais profunda. Em seguida, coloque a touca de banho comum ou touca laminada se preferir, deixando por 30 minutos.

Esse danadinho funciona mesmo….eu sempre faço viagens para o interior do Amazonas e sempre levo comigo um frasco desse que compro no salao onde trato meus cabelos…Quando vejo que meus cabelos estao precisando de um up sigo as orientações do meu cabelereiro…sao passos iguais aos seus…e lah estou belissimo com meu cabelo mega hidratado…Parabens pelo post e muito sucesso…

oi Thiago. Dica anotada. Você já ouviu falar do Oleo de Argan né? Se ainda não usou, use! A L'Oreal tem esse produto na linha Innoar. A Revlon através do Orofluido, e tem outras marcas, e claro, ainda surgirão milhares de marcas.
